Day 2 (9 Sep) – NINHBINH

The Blockbuster Kong: Skull Island was shot in various famous destinations in Vietnam such as Ha Long Bay, Quang Binh Province, and Ninh Binh was one of the chosen places in this list as well.

Transfer to Trang An scenic landscape complex (Trang An was inscribed as UNESCO World heritage site), take boat trip to visit cave complex: Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, Nau Ruou in mystery and wildness, see scenery of mountain and rivers – view of Halong bay on land.Have lunch at local restaurant with some local specialties. Relax.

Continue to visit to Hoa Lu – the ancient Royal Capital of Vietnam, learn about history and culture of ancient Vietnamese by visiting 2 old temples of King Dinh and Le; Bai Dinh Pagoda, the biggest pagoda in Vietnam; climb up Hang Mua for the stunning view of Tam Coc area with mountain range, rice fields and waterway.

Day 3 (10 Sep) – NINHBINH - HALONG

Ha Long Bay, located in the Gulf of Tonkin, within Quang Ninh Province, in the northeast of Vietnam, is165 km from the capital of Ha Noi. Covering an area of 43,400 ha and including over 1600 islands and islets, most of which are uninhabited and unaffected by humans, it forms a spectacular seascape of limestone pillars and is an ideal model of a mature Karst landscape developed during a warm and wet tropical climate. The property’s exceptional scenic beauty is complemented by its great biological interest.

Day 1: Hanoi – Lan Ha Bay – Dark & Bright Caves – Overnight Area

09:00 Await the collection of the guide and driver in your hotel lobby. Once they have arrived, we will begin our transfer to Hai Phong city.12:00 Rest at the harbour as the V’Spirit Premier Cruise completes its final preparations. We can board shortly after this and enjoy our welcome drink.13:00 Sit down in the dining room for a delicious lunch and a scrolling view of the wonderfully unique limestone towers outside the windows.15:15 On sampan boats, some residents of the bay will show us their home by taking us to the Dark & Bright caves, two gorgeous caverns with a vast and enclosed lake on the other side. Swimming is also available here.
17:00 We return to the V’Spirit Premier Cruise to catch the daily spectacle of a gorgeous sunset, as well as happy hour at the bar.
19:00 Along with a fantastic dinner, we have a very special performance of traditional Vietnamese music in the dining room or on the top deck. Before you retire to your cabin tonight, perhaps you would like to head to the bar, the spa or join the crew for some squid fishing.


06:30 – 06:45 Begin your new day with a Tai Chi session

Day 2: Lan Ha Bay – Tra Bau – Hanoi

06:00 Begin your new day with the Tai Chi session on the top deck, run by our onboard Tai Chi teacher as the sunrise greets us from behind the mountains.07:00 Enjoy breakfast in the fresh air and peaceful beauty of the Bay.
08:15 Experience some fantastic kayaking to discover the lovely Tra Bau area. Visit a fishing farm and socialize with the resident fishermen in order to know more about their life and how they work every day.
10:00 Return to the ship and enjoy the cooking demonstration put on by our talented chef as they give you an insight into Vietnamese cuisine, then sit down for a lovely lunch buffet, on our approach to the harbour.
11:45 Stepping off the V’Spirit Premier Cruise at the harbour, we board the bus and head back to Hanoi, directly to Noibai Airport for flight to Danang VN183; 17:00/18:20
Arrival to Danang, meet and greet by your guide and transfer to your hotel.

Day 5 (12 Sep) –DANANG

06:30 – 06:45 Begin your new day with a Tai Chi session
Pick up at hotel in Da Nang and head out to Ba Na hills. Take Cable Car which gains 5 world scores to Ba Na hills station. Stop at By Night station to visit Vong Nguyet hills, Linh Ung pagoda, The Old Villas of French. Continue moving up by cable car to the Nui Chua Mountain – the top of Ba Na range, visiting Nginh Phong top, Le Nim Villas, Orchid Garden… Experience hill climbing train (first and unique funicular in Vietnam) and visit an old French cellar (Debay Ancient Wine Cellar), flower garden Le Jardin D’amour and Linh Ung Pagoda.
You should not miss walking on the Golden Bridge amid the foggy hills of the mountain, enjoy the gorgeous view of Da Nang City. Have lunch at restaurant.
After lunch, return to Hoian town and visit.

Hoian, also Faifo, is a city in Vietnam, located on the coast of the Vietnam’s Central Sea.
With approximately 120,000 inhabitants, Hoian is recognized as a World heritage site by Unesco. Hoian ancient town is an exceptionally well-preserved example of a South-East Asian trading port dating from the 15th to the 19th century. Its buildings and its street plan reflect the influences, both indigenous and foreign, that have combined to produce this unique heritage site.
Hoi An ancient town is a special example of a traditional port city in Southeast Asia which has been well preserved. Most houses here are of traditional architecture dating from the 17th to the 19th century, and are along the narrow main streets. Hoi An is also a land mark recorded much of the mixture of acculturation. The architecture of the city reflects the influence of chinese, japanese, portuguese, french and british traders. Hoi An still maintained an intangible cultural diversity and richness. With outstanding value, in the end of 1999, UNESCO has recognized the ancient town of Hoi An as a world cultural heritage.
Walk to the ancient town, visit the Kwan Temple , Phuc Kien Chinese Assembly Hall, Tan Ky old House, Japanese Bridge and cultural show rooms in Hoi An.

In the early evening around 18:30, head to the Chinatown neighborhood for a chance to really become a Thai food insider. This excursion takes you on a behind-the-scenes adventure to experience local sights and flavors of this “foodie’s” neighborhood. There is a good chance to see the local restaurant owners at wok station (cooking station) and hear their stories through our guide. Taste delicious samples from famous street vendors, local eateries and fine dining restaurants. We will spend much of the evening walking around this fascinating neighborhood and trying many Thai culinary delights.

Day 7 (14 Sep) – BANGKOK

Driving south towards Damnoen Saduak floating market. This vibrant market features numerous small boats laden with colourful fruits and vegetables, paddled by Thai women who are often wearing the traditional bamboo hats. Almost always crowded and with hundreds of vendors, purchasers and tourists, the best way to experience the atmosphere of the market is to board a boat and make your way through the small canals to buy fresh produce from the vendors. This is the only place to see the traditional way of selling and buying goods in Thailand. Return to Bangkok in the late afternoon.NOTE:Sturdy walking shoes with rubber soles is recommended as clients will be walking around a wet crowded market with narrow paths and not in good condition. (Flip flops are not recommended for this day).Free time at leisure in the afternoon for shopping.
Dinner on your own and enjoy your evening at the Sky bars in Bangkok. Suggestion: Lebua, Vertigo, Red Sky etc - on your own account

In the morning, visit of Bangkok with GRAND PALACE AND CITY TEMPLES (WAT PHO AND WAT ARUN)
Drive to Wat Pho in time to enjoy the monks’ morning chanting ritual. One of the oldest temples in Bangkok, Wat Pho is not only home to the famous 45m reclining Buddha; but also the original school of traditional Thai massage. From here, continue to the Grand Palace, the most important and spectacular royal palace in Thailand. The mysterious Emerald Buddha, the most revered Buddha image in Thailand, now is housed here. Continue with a walk to the public ferry pier for a short boat ride to Wat Arun, once the grand royal temple to King Rama II.
NOTE: For religious reasons, ladies should wear a short-sleeved top with full-length trousers or knee-length skirts, and gentlemen should wear trousers and a short-sleeved shirt. Sandals or flip flops are not allowed.

Day 09 (16 Sep) – PHUKET

Enjoy the journey by speed boat to Phang Nga Bay National Marine Park. Cruise through hundreds of fascinating islands rising above the sea. You will discover the underwater cave when tide is low by paddling an inflatable canoe with your expert paddle-guide. Explore the Dark Cave, Hong Island, Mangrove Cave and Diamond Cave. Later, get back in the boat for a cruise to visit James Bond Island, the famous island where “007 The Man with the Golden Gun” was filmed. Then continue onto visit Panyi stilt village. A tasty Thai set lunch is served at local restaurant and afterwards there is time to swim at Lawa or Naka Island. Later return to Phuket and your hotel.

Free time at leisure in Phuket until transfer to the airport for flight to Hanoi via Bangkok.
